A LOCAL GROUP,
FOR LOCAL PEOPLE.

Bromley AI is a free, community-run group for anyone who lives, works or spends time in Bromley and the wider BR postcodes. We meet in person, in plain English, to learn about AI — what it is, what it isn't, and how it's changing life and work around us.

We're proudly inclusive. Pensioners and teenagers, shopkeepers and software engineers, carers, students, freelancers and the simply curious — there's a seat for you. No jargon, no hype, no fear. Just neighbours figuring it out together.

Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We're built for everyone — whether you've never touched AI or you build with it every day. Beginners are genuinely welcome.
Is it really free?
Yes. Bromley AI is free to attend and run by volunteers from the community. No hidden costs, no upsells.
Where is it?
Central Bromley, Greater London (BR postcodes). The exact venue for our launch in July 2026 will be confirmed soon — sign up to the mailing list to be the first to know.
I'm worried AI will take jobs — is this for me?
Yes, especially. We talk honestly about what AI means for work locally, and help people learn the skills and tools that make a real difference.
Can young people attend?
Absolutely. Under-16s are welcome with a parent or guardian. We love having students and teenagers in the room.
I have access needs.
Please tell us — we'll do everything we can. Venues will be step-free where possible, and we'll always have quiet seating, large-print materials, and friendly volunteers on hand.
