Terms and conditions
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover our website (bromleyai.club) and tickets for our events. The club is run by A2JS Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16561028), contact@bromleyai.club. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
2. Tickets
- Tickets are sold through Luma. Booking is a contract between you and us. Luma's own terms also apply to the booking process. Tickets should be bought by someone aged 18 or over.
- The launch event is on Thursday 26 November 2026, 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at Crofton Halls, York Rise, Orpington BR6 8PR. Entry is £10 per person.
- Your ticket is confirmed when you receive Luma's confirmation email.
- Please bring your ticket confirmation or your name.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- We pay for the venue and other costs in advance, so tickets are not refundable if you change your mind or cannot come. If you are not sure you can attend, please do not book.
- If we cancel the event, we will refund your ticket in full.
- If we change the event in a way that matters (such as the date, time or venue), we will email you and you can ask for a full refund.
- This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Who can attend
Everyone is welcome. Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them. We may ask someone to leave if they behave in a way that harms or upsets others.
5. Accessibility
Tell us about any access needs when you book or by emailing us, and we will do what we reasonably can.
6. What the event is, and is not
The sessions are for learning about AI in plain English. They are general information, not professional, legal, financial, medical or career advice. AI tools shown in demos are run by third parties and can make mistakes. We are not responsible for their output or their terms. Our website links to AI tools run by other companies. We do not control them or endorse them.
7. Photos
We will take photos during the event and may use them on our website and social media. If you do not consent to being photographed, please tell us in writing at contact@bromleyai.club, ideally before the event so we can take this into account. You can also ask us afterwards to remove a photo of you. See our privacy policy for how we use photos.
8. Our website
You may view and share links to the site. Please do not copy our text, logos or designs for commercial use without asking. Do not misuse the site or try to break it. We try to keep information accurate, but dates and details can change, so check the website or Luma page for the latest.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or being negligent. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of income, business or opportunity, or for events outside our control (such as venue closure, severe weather, illness or travel disruption). You are responsible for your own belongings at the venue.
10. Privacy
See our privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you buy your ticket apply to that ticket.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. If you are unhappy, email contact@bromleyai.club first and we will try to fix it.
